It is our pleasure to provide you with high quality products. Brazza Billiards stands behind the craftsmanship of our products and accordingly guarantee our work with the following warranty.

For us to assist you in a timely manner, we request that you inspect the product you have ordered thoroughly for defects, damage and/or missing hardware or components immediately upon receipt. We also suggest that you retain a record of purchase, such as a sales receipt, and the accompanying shipping paperwork.

This warranty is applicable solely between Brazza Billiards and you, the original purchaser.

The warranty guarantees that the product you have purchased and all of its' components are void of defects in material or craftsmanship. “Defects” are defined as any imperfection which may impair the proper use of the product.

This warranty is applicable only under conditions of normal use. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly, defects occurring after purchase due to; product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, cosmetic damage, labor or assembly costs.

Brazza Billiards' warranty protects all Brazza products against manufacturers defects. The warranty on pool table slate is a lifetime. The warranty on the actual pool tables is one year. The game tables, bars, and billiard balls have a one year warranty. If there is something that is defective, Brazza requests that the customer send an e-mail to the company explaining the nature of the damage, as well as some photos so the company can assess and evaluate the damage. In addition, the customers should let the driver know if there is any damage and note it on the delivery receipt.

If there is a return that is an arbitrary refuels, Brazza may charge a restocking fee of 10% as long as the items are in the original packaging and have not been used or damaged. If the items are NOT in the original packaging or have been used, Brazza Billiards will NOT be able to bring them back because Brazza does not re-package and re-sell items.
